  1. Gate City Bank's Mobile Banking is a convenient, easy-to-use service that allows you to perform Online Banking functions through your mobile phone. Mobile Banking is formatted to fit on your phone's screen, making it easier to view and easier to use than a full Website on your mobile phone.

  2. Mobile Banking works on any mobile phone with a data plan. Specific mobile devices and cellular service providers are not required to use Mobile Banking. The screen size and icons are automatically adjusted to the best size to fit your phone's screen size.

  3. If you are already registered for Online Banking, you are ready to use Mobile Banking. No separate registration is required. Simply visit our website on your mobile phone, and enter your Online Banking username and password. The first time you log in using your phone, you will be asked to verify your identity with a text message or voice call to one of your Online Banking login security phone numbers. After you complete the verification process, your device will be remembered for future logins.

    If you are not registered for Online Banking, sign up today. Your Online Banking account will be set up within 24-48 hours of this one-time registration.

A five-minute time-out and the prevention of set-up of new Bill Pay Payees from Mobile Banking add to its security.
