FAQ - Get Cash Back Rewards Questions

  1. Offers and rewards are based on the account, not the debit card(s) associated with that account. If you make different purchases with different accounts, you will see different offers in those accounts. You must use you Gate City Bank ATM and Check Card connected to that account to redeem the offers for that account.          

  2. No. Your personal information is not shared with retailers.

  3. No, this program is free!

  4. The Get Cash Back program lets you earn cash back by using your Gate City Bank ATM and Check Card to purchase merchandise and services.

  5. Activate an offer:

    Log in to your Online Banking and inside the Get Cash Back widget click on an offer.

    Redeem an offer:

    Use the debit card associated with the account that received the offer and follow the instructions. Must spend the minimum amount, at the correct merchant, within the offer period.

    Get the Cash Back:

    Watch for the reward to credit your account the end of the following month the offer is redeemed.

  6. Yes. This program can be deactivated at any time inside your Online Banking.

  7. Log in to your Online Banking and go to the Get Cash Back summary page. The Get Cash Back summary page contains the offers you have received, offers you have redeemed, and the specifics for each offer, including the offer expiration dates.

  8. If you did not receive your credit for your redeemed offer contact a Customer Service Specialist.
