City of Fargo Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) Program

Since 2003, Gate City Bank has made $8.15M available in low interest loans for the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) program with the City of Fargo. The Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) is a series of programs designed to work together to improve neighborhood quality of life and encourage investment in the city's existing neighborhoods. Gate City Bank’s investment in the program has made a significant impact in the City’s effort to maintain its affordable housing stock, in addition to stabilizing neighborhoods. This year, Gate City Bank contributed an additional $2M in low interest loans to continue the revitalization initiative in the Fargo community.

City of Wahpeton Home Improvement Partnership Program (HIPP)

Since 2005, Gate City Bank has provided low interest loans for Home Improvement Partnership Program (HIPP) with the City of Wahpeton. This program encourages preservation of the City’s existing housing market. Gate City Bank is investing in this program by providing low-interest loans to eligible homeowners for qualified home improvement projects. This year, Gate City Bank contributed an additional $1,000,000 in funding for low-interest loans.
