Gate City Bank Donates 15,000 Reusable Blue Bags
October 20, 2017
Gate City Bank has donated 15,000 reusable blue bags to customers at Hornbacher’s locations in Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo in honor of National Reusable Bag Day, October 20th. The public is invited to visit Hornbacher’s to shop and receive a free reusable blue bag, in place of a plastic or paper bag.
Gate City Bank has a tradition of giving away reusable blue bags since 2007. By giving out reusable blue bags, Gate City Bank has helped create cleaner, greener communities, For a Better Way of Life®. We are proud to say that using just one reusable bag saves 700 plastic bags from entering our environment.
“Gate City Bank is committed to providing a better way of life for the communities we serve,” said Steve Swiontek, Chairman, President, and CEO of Gate City Bank. “Giving away these reusable bags is just one of the many ways that Gate City Bank helps improve the environment within our communities.”
